As two disciples of Jesus walk home together, they are joined by a stranger, who continues to walk with them for seven miles in the wrong direction! He interrupts their conversation, probes them with uncomfortable questions, and even rebukes them for their unbelief.

As they walk and talk together, something starts to change when the stranger opens up the Scriptures in a way they’ve never experienced before. By the end of their walk, nothing will ever be the same again. Emmaus was their home, but not their destiny.
